Run Your Journey

Well if your here you’re probably where a lot of people find themselves. Not even attempted to run since the school p.e lessons and didn’t actually think it was possible. I myself had tried exercise bikes, swimming and a selection of other activities on my personnel health and fitness journey. I settled on running for lots of different reasons. The freedom it gives you, the feeling of achievement after pushing yourself that bit further than you thought you could. Not only the physical benefits but the relief of stress and lowering of anxiety was a major benefit, equal to if not greater than the physical side.
